Beke le beke is a Basotho (Tswana, Pedi, Sotho) term for weekly or week after week.
I do this beke le beke... asbonge.
clever black
A sarcastic phrase used to describe a black person who thinks he is smart but whose actions perpetuate the oppression black people. Sometimes black thieving leaders and their supporters use it to try to embarrass black opponents.
Example 1
Guy 1: What happened to that radical student leader, Tshepo?
Guy 2: He became a kleva black after getting a nice job in government.
Example 2
Thieving leader: We can't take this country forward because clever blacks are blocking our efforts.
Toyi-toyi
A quasi-military dance-step characterized by high-stepping movements, performed either on the spot or while moving slowly forwards, usually by participants in protest gatherings or marches, and accompanied by chanting, singing, and the shouting of slogans
They were toyi-toying for the lack of service delivery in their community and apparently the money was misused by a local tenderpreneur
Haganapayi
Haganapayi or haganapie is a Xhosa slang word that means empty head or idiot.
Don’t tell me about that haganapayi, azithi dadobawo pha.
Black Juice
Another name for Carling Black Label. South Africa's favourite beer. Some may call it Zamalek.
Yho the babalaas you would swear I was drinking Black Juice.
